>> Welcome to Term 4
The first day the students returned to school had a sense of excitement that would normally be seen on the first day of a new school year. No doubt there were some nerves as well, as children saw their classmates and teachers for the first time in months. From all reports from teachers, the students are happy to be back learning in the classroom and being with each other.
>> Belated 100-days celebration for Prep
Our Prep students had a belated 100-days of school celebration on the first day of term 4 following their remote celebration in Term 3. We are so proud of each and every student for persevering through a disrupted first year of school. Congratulations Preps, what heroes!
>> Paddington artworks with Year 3/4 Girls
The Year 3/4 Girls class is reading ‘A Bear Called Paddington’ as their core text study for Term 4. They had a lot of fun creating Paddington-themed artworks as they prepared to immerse themselves in the classic story.
>> Book week dress-up day
Despite stores being closed, students came dressed in an array of creative costumes to mark Book Week (well done parents). There were no processions held this year but that didn’t dampen spirits!
